A4 PDF invoice and packing slip from the OpenCart order, attached to status emails and downloadable in admin and the customer account.

OpenCart only prints HTML invoices. This app builds an A4 PDF from the real order: logo, addresses, line items, tax from oc_order_total, and OpenCart’s own invoice_prefix + invoice_no.

Packing slip is included in the same module (SKU, quantity, location, no prices) when the order has a shipping method. One SKU, not two products.

The PDF is attached to the existing customer order email on the statuses you choose. Customers download it from My Account → Order. Admins get PDF buttons on the order page.

Store KvK, VAT, bank, IBAN and BIC print on a clean A4 layout: logo, To/From, invoice number and due date, line table, totals excl/incl VAT, and amount due. English and Dutch labels follow the order language.

Not included: UBL/Peppol, credit notes, Excel import, a visual template designer, or OpenCart 4. No license lock.

This package includes the Gommans & Co Apps hub. Apps work without a license key. A maintenance key is optional and never locks features.

Documentatie / installatie

• Extensions → Installer → upload the .ocmod.zip
• Extensions → Modifications → Refresh
• Install Gommans & Co Apps from Modules only if it is not installed yet
• Open Gommans & Co Apps and install / edit this app
• Install the OCMOD zip and click Refresh in Extensions → Modifications so order emails can attach the PDF.
• In Gommans & Co Apps, click Install next to PDF Invoice, then Edit.
• Fill KvK / VAT / IBAN if you want them on the document. Choose which order statuses assign a number and attach invoice or packing slip.
• On the order: Issue invoice assigns a number. The PDF button is a draft preview and does not number.

Maintenance key

The product is not license-gated. Optional maintenance contract key format (symbolic, not included as a working key): GOM-MAINT-XXXX-XXXX.

Valid key = “Maintenance active” in the hub. Invalid or empty key = label only. Features stay on.
